Kathy and Rick took the time to walk us through the process and provided great service from start to finish. They provided options but did not pressure us . Since we were only in town for a week they went out of the way on a short notice to meet with us to insure we would have shutters when we return. Shutters were installed and they sent pictures. They were highly recommended by my Realtor and we would highly recommend them.
